I checked with the hotel and was told they don’t have my reservation. What should I do?

Reservations received through our Comfort Hotel official website are automatically sent from our headquarters to the individual hotel.
 
This takes some time and if you inquire with the hotel immediately after placing your reservation, notification of the reservation may not have arrived by then.
 
If you were able to complete the processing of placing your reservation with our Comfort Hotel official website, then the reservation is in effect.
 
Please rest assured that the individual hotel will be notified by the time you arrive.
