The Reservation Confirmation email did not arrive. What should I do?

If you have not received the email, then the following could be possible reasons:
 
 
(1) The email address is incorrect.
 
 
(2) As part of your anti-spam measures, you have made a setting to accept only email from specific domains ("whitelisting").
We ask that you whitelist choice-hotels.jp.
 
 
(3) The message was automatically sent to your Spam folder. Check your Spam folder.
 
※ If your Spam folder does not appear with your initial settings, you must change them.
The methods of making those settings depend on your email client.
We are not able to resend the undelivered Reservation Confirmation email.
If you wish it sent again, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please inquire with us.
