I am worried whether or not my reservation exists. Can I confirm?

If you have placed a reservation and it is not displayed, then the cause could be communication trouble. Please contact us using the Inquiry Form, entering the name of the hotel, the dates of the scheduled stay, and the name of the guest staying.
